New Construction	Retrofit	Commercial
If you would like to use Icynene in your new construction project then there a few things you may need to know that will help the installation process to go smoothly. Please review the checklist below and please bear in mind these are general guidelines to new construction use, each job is unique and may have its own set of circumstances.
*Before Our Spray Crew Arrives...* Make sure all subcontracting is completed and signed off by your inspector. All wiring and plumbing is located and secure in the wall cavity. All excess equipment, clutter and building material are cleared from the spray areas. All unmovable equipment and material must be covered and secured out of the way. Provide adequate parking for our spray rig or box truck *When Our Spray Crew Arrives...* Always review your contract and project overview with the spray technician upon arrival. We will now "prep" your project, as covered in the job prep list provided with your contract. Upon completion of project payment is due in full. *After the Job...* Once the project is completed the insulation is ready for inspection. Do not cover any insulated areas without approval from your inspector. In the following days you will receive your warranty information form. Fill out you warranty card and send it back to us. Don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

There are many obstacles that can arise when dealing with these type of projects, which may cause a variation in our process. Please review the checklist below and please bear in mind these are general guidelines to retrofit construction use, each job is unique and will have its own set of circumstances.
